Air Baltic bestellt drei weitere Flugzeuge der CSeries
Bestellung für insgesamt 13 CS300-Flugzeuge, Optionen für sieben weitere CS300-Maschinen
Riga, 15.7.2014 - Nach Bekanntgabe von Bombardier Aerospace hat die lettische Air Baltic Corporation AS (Air Baltic) Optionen für drei Flugzeuge der CSeries in eine feste Bestellung umgewandelt. Die ursprüngliche Bestellung für zehn Flugzeuge mit Optionen für zehn weitere Maschinen wurde am 20. Dezember 2012 abgeschlossen. Basierend auf dem Listenpreis der CS300-Flugzeuge beläuft sich die Bestellung auf einen Wert von etwa 228 Millionen US-Dollar.

Von ihrem Heimatflughafen Riga bedient Air Baltic mit einer Flotte von 25 Flugzeugen 60 Destinationen. Über das Drehkreuz Riga erhalten Reisende aus Deutschland, Österreich und der Schweiz bequem Anschluss zum Streckennetz von Air Baltic in Europa, der GUS und dem Nahen Osten.

Latvian flag carrier has 13 CS300 aircraft on firm order and retains options for seven CS300 aircraft
Farnborough International Air Show, July 15, 2014 - Bombardier Aerospace announced today that Riga, Latvia-based Air Baltic Corporation AS (airBaltic) is the previously announced undisclosed customer that converted three option aircraft to firm on the original order contract in February 2014. The original order for 10 firm airliners with options for 10 more was finalized on December 20, 2012.
Based on the list price of the CS300 airliner, the three firm aircraft order is valued at approximately $228 million US.

Established in 1995, airBaltic is the main carrier in the Baltic region and operates direct flights out of Riga, Latvia and serves 60 destinations spanning Europe, Scandinavia, Russia, Commonwealth of Independent States and the Middle East with a fleet of 25 aircraft.
